I just saw on UPS tracking that my masks are coming from China. The company's site shows its location in the USA and says it is donating to local business. Made in China for $20/mask? I was willing to pay the high price hoping to help the US economy. Is Vistaprint helping China's local business by overcharging the US customers through deceptive practices? Shame on Vistaprint! Will never order from the company again. Hope no one will.
Ordered 1 thing - a mask. Basic. Easy. You might think they could project a delivery date. Nope. Logged onto UPS to find the delivery status of my order thinking it would be(!) on their expected delivery date at order. It was not. Customer service was essentially saying due to COVID well there are delays - sorry we didn't tell you. Sorry VistaPrint, COVID has been here a while now and you failed to meet expectations... bummer for me I guess. Will look local for printing and mask(!) needs!

I recently ordered several different business cards and business card stickers. I love that I can go to the Vistaprint site and design my own. I love that I can call when I have a question or need a bit of help with the design and get a representative that knows what I am talking about and resolves my issue quickly. Fast service, quick shipping and quality products are my experience with multiple orders. But the best part is my experience with 99 Designs by Vistaprint. I was in a hurry to get a logo designed for my new business. You can either work directly with a designer or you can start a contest and invite their entire creative community to participate in your project. Designers submit ideas and you pick your favorite. I chose the contest and was totally impressed by the submissions! I fell in love with one design as soon as I saw it. The designers were all awesome and I chose the logo and designer that are a perfect fit for me. Choosing Vistaprint is a win win.
My black brochures appear to have been folded wet, causing about 50 or 60 of the brochures to be stuck together - making them unusable. While quality service is what I'm used to with VistaPrint, this time I was a bit disappointed.

Overall your site is easy to use with quality products. One thing I will complain about is your Website applications. Not very good. Not enough instructions. Have to repeatedly contact customer support. very aggravating.
I have used Vistaprint for my business cards, marketing supplies and even my online website and everything has been seamless and beautiful. Designing my website with their platform was very easy and the options for designs are outstanding as compared to other sites. Their site is very user friendly and customer service is very helpful, respectful. It is a great company to do business.
There was a piece that had come off on the top of my A-frame and Vistaprint replaced the entire A-frame
Great quality business cards at a reasonable price. This was a re-order and Vistaprint retains my information. These cards had a better finish than my last.
I bought after using their trial for business cards and got some posters as well. The quality is actually quite good and I'm very satisfied overall.
